Job Description SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT LIBRARY PROGRAM SUPPORT COORDINATOR Inclusion Support Program Queensland | KU Children's Services Make a meaningful difference through inclusion.
KU Children's Services is seeking an organised and proactive Specialist Equipment Library Program Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our Specialist Equipment Library.
This is a varied role that combines administration, logistics, stakeholder engagement and equipment coordination to help ensure children with additional needs can access inclusive early childhood education and care environments.
About the Role Reporting to the Specialist Equipment Library Manager, you will coordinate equipment loans, deliveries and returns while supporting educators, therapists and services across Australia.
You will play an important role in ensuring the library operates efficiently, delivering responsive customer service and maintaining accurate records across all aspects of the program.
This is a permanent part-time position working 32 hours per week across 4 days , offering flexibility while ensuring consistent support for the Specialist Equipment Library program.
Due to the funding arrangement for this critical support program this is offered on a maximum term contract to the 30th June ****.

• Coordinating specialist equipment requests, loans and returns • Managing inventory, records and reporting requirements • Organising equipment deliveries, collections, maintenance and repairs • Building positive relationships with educators, therapists, suppliers and service providers • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Specialist Equipment Library and warehouse environment.




About You You are highly organised, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You will bring: • Experience in administration, coordination, customer service or logistics • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • A proactive approach and ability to manage competing priorities • A current driver's licence You are organised, proactive and comfortable balancing administration, stakeholder support and hands-on operational responsibilities.
You are comfortable undertaking physical tasks including receiving deliveries, moving equipment, preparing orders and maintaining organised storage areas, and are willing to undertake training in the safe operation of a walkie stacker.
Experience in early childhood education and care, disability services, community services, inventory management, equipment coordination or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
