Within Private Wealth, the team provides tailored advice across areas including retirement planning, superannuation, investments, insurance, estate planning and broader wealth strategies.

The Opportunity This is an opportunity to become a central part of the Private Wealth team, supporting both clients and the people around you.
While administration and coordination are an key part of the position, this role is about much more than simply completing tasks.
You'll become someone the team can rely on to keep things moving, anticipate what is needed, solve problems and create capacity for advisers, paraplanners and leadership.
The role is also broad and varied.
You could be coordinating adviser travel one day, organising a client event the next.
There is also plenty of scope to contribute beyond the day-to-day, including improving processes, supporting events and developing your knowledge of the Private Wealth environment.

Central Newcastle CBD Location Permanent full-time role Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Professional corporate office environment Conveniently located closely to the Newcastle Interchange, or street parking a short walk away Key Responsibilities Coordinate a high volume of client meetings throughout the year including face-to-face and virtual appointments Coordinate client appointments across office, online and external locations, arranging travel, flights, accommodation and schedules Answer and triage incoming client calls and enquiries Manage shared inboxes, calendars, meeting rooms and car parking Assist with client communications, reports, documentation and other correspondence Help ensure important client review requirements and deadlines are met Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and workflows Support broader administrative and operational needs to the Wealth team Provide a warm, professional and responsive experience for every client About You The successful candidate will be a people-focused and switched-on professional who enjoys being part of a high-performing team.
You will have a solid administration foundation and may already have experience within professional services.
However,
