This four-year, full-time development chance gives you exposure to a range of Council branches, practical project work, supportive supervision and the chance to grow your skills in local government engineering.

We are looking for graduates who:



Have completed a recognised Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil/Environmental) in ****, or expect to complete this by early ****.
Can apply engineering principles, standards and concepts to practical problems, and are interested in preparing technical reports and designs.
Bring analytical and research skills, good organisation and time management, and the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse range of people.
Hold a current 'C' Class Driver's Licence and have a WHS Competency (White Card) for CPCWHS**** Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, or equivalent, or are willing to obtain this prior to commencement.
No experience required: this role is designed to help you move from study into practice, so we value your potential, attitude, teamwork, customer service focus and willingness to learn.
