This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
As a Retail Assistant Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the store while championing sustainable fashion, community connection, and commercial success.
You'll bring strong leadership and a proactive mindset to drive store performance, implement best practices, and help grow our local retail presence.
You understand the value of personalised customer service and are passionate about creating a positive, engaging experience for both customers and the local community.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time (38 hours per week ) role based in Pialba .
The standard roster for this role will be Tuesday - Saturday.
