What's on Offer: If you're chasing a local Kalgoorlie role where you can sleep in your own bed each night while still earning top dollar, this one's for you: Residential Kalgoorlie role - sleep in your own bed Rates $70 - $80ph + Super (depending on experience), plus optional overtime 5:2 roster, Monday-Friday, 10-hour days Day shift only - no FIFO or nights Long-term opportunity with a national Dealership Modern workshop with Volvo diagnostics equipment Strong safety culture supportive leadership teams Your Role: You'll be workshop-based carrying out maintenance, repairs and rebuilds across Volvo CE machinery (loaders, excavators, haulers).




Diagnose and repair Volvo CE machinery Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance Rebuild major components - engines, transmissions, hydraulics Attend breakdowns - workshop and field service Use OEM diagnostic tools (e.g. Volvo Tech Tool) Complete job cards and service reports accurately Liaise with customers and internal teams Participate in ongoing OEM training and development What We're Looking For: Trade Qualification: Cert III Engineering - Heavy Vehicle or similar HR Driver's Licence Forklift licence (or ability to obtain) Solid understanding of workshop safety systems and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen Why apply?
