We're looking for a Podcast Sponsorship Executive to join our SCA Melbourne team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do! This is a 12-month contract position.
n
What does your day to day look like?
n
n
Coordinate end-to-end podcast sponsorship campaigns, managing implementation from client sign-off through to successful campaign completion.
n
Act as the key liaison between Sales, Creative, Producers, Talent and stakeholders, ensuring seamless campaign execution and delivery.
n
Manage campaign timelines, workflows and critical paths, facilitating kick-off meetings and ensuring all teams are aligned and briefed ahead of launch.
n
Oversee sponsorship operations, including budget allocation, producer scheduling, guest speaker coordination, content execution across podcast, video and branded content, and invoice management.
n
Drive process excellence through collaboration, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to standardise sponsorship implementation across teams and stakeholders.

What you'll need:
n
n
Robust experience in a sales support, client services or campaign coordination role, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills,



with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
n
Highly organised with strong project management, problem-solving and administrative skills, supported by advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
n
Knowledge of podcast production, audio editing, digital media platforms, and campaign implementation across radio and digital channels.
n
Experience using CRM, booking and workflow management systems such as Salesforce, Operative and Virtual Traffic, with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
