Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Melbourne-based Payroll Manager to lead a six-person payroll team delivering payroll for Australia and New Zealand. The role combines hands-on delivery with system and process improvements, reporting and compliance in a large, multi-site setting.
You will partner with operations to resolve complex payroll issues, drive controls and ensure timely payroll processing across a predominantly weekly paid workforce, including cross-border considerations with NZ.
