What is the role?
You will provide high-level support to Partners and lawyers working on sophisticated corporate matters.
Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements; Manage billing and time recording; Prepare,
edit and format legal documents and correspondence; Prepare and coordinate presentations and client materials; Assist with file management and general matter administration; Coordinate deadlines and provide proactive day-to-day support to the team; and Build strong relationships with Partners, lawyers and clients.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm; Strong billing and time recording experience; Excellent document formatting and presentation skills; Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail; Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; and Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
