You'll lead and grow the mining sector portfolio by developing strategic customer relationships, driving commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of safe, sustainable, and customer-focused solutions across mining operations. What you'll do as AUSPAC Mining Sector Manager:
Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective leadership and management of mining field sales teams
Develop and implement territory/sector-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
Deliver structured performance coaching and development through regular field visits, one-on-ones, and ride-alongs
Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including activity levels, conversion rates, and pricing governance
Provide hands‐on leadership in strategic accounts and complex opportunities while developing team capabilities
Drive CRM excellence and process adherence to ensure data-driven decision making
Foster effective collaboration across marketing, operations, and technical specialists to maximize solution delivery
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in the territory/sector
Provide visible leadership in safety,



operational excellence, and customer engagement
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Coach and develop team members to build capability and succession within the sector
Drive strategic alignment between customer requirements and organisational objectives
You are / have:
Successful track record in mining or relevant sector sales with consistent target achievement
Previous experience working in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder management
Proven coaching and team development capabilities with evidence of developing high performers
Experience managing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue and profitability targets
Strong CRM management skills and data‐driven decision‐making capabilities
Experience working effectively with market intelligence and marketing teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generation
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth plans.
Understanding of mining industry, with a strong understanding of mining operations, supply chains, and industry challenges.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, tenders, pricing strategies,



and negotiations.
