Partnerships Manager
to lead and evolve our community partnerships strategy across our diverse portfolio.
This is an exciting
full-time office based permanent
opportunity for a relationship-builder and strategic thinker who is passionate about creating meaningful community outcomes while enhancing brand value and supporting commercial success.
Reporting to the
General Manager, Brand & Marketing
, you'll play a key role in shaping partnerships that make a genuine difference across the communities we serve.
A snapshot of your responsibilities will include:
Execute day-to-day delivery and management of Hawaiian's partnership portfolio, ensuring activity is aligned to local catchment needs and Hawaiian's community focus areas.
Create & maintain strong relationships with community organisations, stakeholders and partners.
Oversee the in-centre execution of key partnership campaign activations (Christmas, Easter, Lunar New Year and other placemaking moments), ensuring delivery is well executed, on-brand, and complements each centres existing marketing programming.
Develop and implement Hawaiian's consolidated granting program, ensuring consistent goals, application processes and reporting requirements across catchments.
Support delivery of internal community programs, including Team Giving and the Personal Volunteering Program, encouraging team member participation and a genuine sense of ownership in Hawaiian's community outcomes.
Work closely with brand, marketing and communications teams to showcase partnership outcomes and community impact.
Monitor, measure and report on partnership performance and return on investment.
Managing partnership budgets,



forecasting and governance requirements.
About You
You are a highly organised relationship manager who combines strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery. You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and are motivated by the opportunity to create positive and lasting community outcomes.
To be successful, you'll bring:
At least 5 years' experience in stakeholder management, partnerships or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Events or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
Strong planning, budgeting and project management capabilities.
A proactive and self‐motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously.
Well‐developed analytical and problem‐solving skills.
A passion for community engagement and creating meaningful impact.
