Information Management Officer Temporary Full-Time | Fixed Term to 26 July **** Be the Colac Otway Shire Council's Information Management Expert We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Information Management Officer to support records management, information security and compliance across the organisation.
This role plays a key part in maintaining Council's Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), delivering staff training, managing archives and providing expert information management advice.
About You You will bring: Confidence using computer systems and applications.
Experience with electronic document or records management systems is an advantage, but training can be provided.
Good attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks in a busy work environment.
Effective communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach when supporting staff and stakeholders.
An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and handling information appropriately, or a willingness to learn.
