You will drive membership growth, ensure operational excellence and lead a team across Stellar Swim, Stellar Women's Gym, Group Exercise and Anytime Fitness Gyms.
You will report to the CEO, build capability, manage partners, and shape strategic priorities while maintaining safety, service standards and solid member experience.
