Senior CRM Business Analyst

Are you a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation implementations? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end definition of detailed stakeholder and solution requirements for a major CRM initiative.
You will play a critical role in mapping processes, defining functional requirements, and producing high-quality artefacts to support upcoming procurement activities and supplier evaluations.
What You Will Do:
Map current state and define future state business processes across multiple streams.
Capture detailed functional, non-functional, and integration requirements for the current solution.
Define transition requirements, including data cleansing, data migration, and role-based access models.
Gather key reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Facilitate engaging workshops with business SMEs and technical teams to achieve approved, traceable documentation.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience leading end-to-end business analysis on large-scale transformation projects.




Demonstrated expertise in current and future state process mapping and enterprise redesign.
Strong background in producing high-quality requirements artefacts for major procurement activity and supplier evaluation.
Skilled in workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, data migration planning, and CRUD matrix development.
