Pizza Hut Lismore is looking for an energetic, reliable and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team!

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be more than just part of the team — you'll help lead it.
n
You'll take charge of shifts, support and develop Team Members, deliver great customer experiences and help make sure our restaurant is running at its best.
n

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including:
n
Leading the shift and keeping the team focused, motivated and having fun
n
Coaching and developing Team Members to help them perform at their best
n
Delivering fast, friendly and exceptional customer experiences
n
Ensuring every pizza leaves the store looking and tasting great
n
Supporting food safety, cleanliness and Pizza Hut brand standards
n
Coordinating Team Members and positions throughout the shift to keep operations running smoothly
n
Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns
n
Supporting cash handling, POS and end-of-shift procedures
n
Promoting a secure working environment for our team and customers
n
Working alongside the team during busy periods — because great leaders aren't afraid to jump in and get their hands floury!
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
Has a positive attitude and leads by example
n
Can confidently lead, motivate and communicate with a team
n
Enjoys coaching and helping others develop
n




Is passionate about providing great customer service
n
Can stay calm, organised and focused when things get busy
n
Understands the importance of food safety, cleanliness and quality
n
Is reliable, responsible and ready to take ownership of their shifts
n
Has experience with POS systems and cash handling
n
Is keen to learn, develop and potentially progress into restaurant management
n
Previous leadership or hospitality experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and leadership potential are just as important to us.
n
