Allegis Global Solutions is seeking recruiters/senior recruiters to lead high-volume recruitment and act as the first contact for client hiring needs. You will drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with the Talent Sourcing team, and serve as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
You will manage requisitions, ensure compliance via documentation, and maintain relationships with stakeholders while contributing to a robust Allegis brand across interactions.
