We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our teams at
Randwick Barracks
and
Victoria Barracks
. You'll work alongside experienced hospitality professionals, preparing quality meals and contributing to exceptional dining experiences in a structured and rewarding environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare high-quality meals in a bulk cooking environment
Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
Support stock control, ordering and kitchen operations
Ensure quality, portion control and food presentation




Work collaboratively as part of a skilled kitchen team
Support meal services and functions as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience in commercial kitchens or catering environments
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, team-focused and able to work in structured environments
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
