Mining & Project Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our busy warehouse operation based in Hendra.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control
Manage warehouse personnel and performance
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of freight
Maintain high levels of customer service, productivity and safety
Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems
About you
Minimum 3 years' experience managing a busy warehouse environment
Strong warehouse management and operational leadership skills
Experience working in a pick and pack environment
Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead warehouse staff
Robust systems and computer skills, including warehouse management systems
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency
