Job Description
Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full time Site-based Facilities Manager for the A'Beckett Street PBSA community in Melbourne's CBD. The role combines hands-on maintenance (≈30%) with strategic budgeting, CapEx planning, subcontractor management, compliance, and team leadership (≈70%).

You'll be part of a high-profile site, with on-call rotations for emergencies and a mandate to shape processes from day one while maintaining safety, quality, and audit-ready programs across the facilities.
