About the role
Key responsibilities include developing change plans, assessing impacts and risks, coordinating testing and release activities, supporting communication and training initiatives, and providing expert advice to leaders. The role also drives continuous improvement, oversees implementation readiness, and ensures quality outcomes through strong collaboration with delivery teams and business stakeholders.

Builds strong relationships with stakeholders, understands their needs, and works collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
Applies structured change management practices to support successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Thinks critically, considers the broader business context, and develops practical solutions to complex problems.
Leads complex projects and programs, effectively managing resources, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables to achieve strategic objectives.
Provides expert project assurance, evaluates project performance, and delivers evidence-based recommendations to support informed decision‐making.
Qualifications and experience
You'llbring:




Demonstrated experience in testing, release management, & organisational change management within ICT environments (mandatory)
Relevant certification in oganisational change management (mandatory)
Hands‐on experience with enterprise platforms (e.g. M365, HR/Finance systems, identity, networks) (mandatory).
Skilled in planning for interdependencies, transition risks, and performance disruption. (mandatory)
Experience working within structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) (desirable)
