Core Talent is currently seeking experienced Piping Civil Supervisors to join major mining and infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
We're looking for motivated leaders with a strong background in civil construction, pipelines, water infrastructure or SMP projects who can safely lead crews and deliver projects to a high standard.
About the Role FIFO from Perth 2/1 rosters available Immediate starts Competitive rates of $*****/hr + Super Long-term project opportunities Work across major mining and infrastructure sites Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site activities Lead crews to achieve project milestones safely and efficiently Plan labour, plant and equipment requirements Ensure compliance with client and company HSE standards Liaise with project management, subcontractors and site personnel Mentor and develop site teams Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Supervisor within mining, civil, SMP, mechanical or infrastructure projects Must have full Schedule 26 Experience working on pipeline, water infrastructure, dewatering or related civil projects Strong leadership,



planning and communication skills Proven ability to lead crews and manage site productivity Construction White Card Current C Class Driver's Licence Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screen Highly Regarded HDPE pipeline installation experience Polywelding certification (Electrofusion Butt Welding) HDPE welding experience, including large-diameter pipe Experience using Dixon McElroy Polywelding machines Site Specific Inductions such as BHP, Rio Tinto or FMG High Risk Work Licence Current National Police Clearance What's On Offer Up to $90/hr + Super FIFO from Perth Immediate starts Long-term opportunities with leading contractors Supportive team setting Opportunity to work on major WA mining and infrastructure projects If you're an experienced Supervisor looking for your next FIFO opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
