About the Role: Step into a pivotal leadership role as Clinical Manager within a medium aged care service within an hour from Gympie, as well as 35 minutes from Kingaroy, QLD.
Where you'll inspire, mentor and empower a multidisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You'll cultivate a culture built on excellence, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards, and regulatory requirements.
As a visible and hands-on leader, you'll confidently provide clinical guidance when it's needed most supporting your team through complex care needs while championing best practice across the service.
