With a strong pipeline of work and long-standing partnerships with leading Australian and international developers, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to job the Adelaide team.

The Role
Thanks to a strong pipeline of recently awarded projects you will take the lead on a $60m retail center project.
As a Senior Contract Administrator,



you'll be trusted with full contract management responsibilities – from procurement through to close-out – and empowered to make an impact at every stage.
You'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
Project experience ($30M+ )
Proven ability in subcontractor management and negotiations
Experience managing variations, claims, and procurement processes
Strong skills in drafting contracts, scopes of work, and project administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and professional presentation
