Underground Supervisors – Multiple WA East Coast Opportunities Techforce is currently working with a strong mix of owner operators and Tier 1 underground mining contractors seeking experienced Underground Supervisors for upcoming and immediate opportunities across Western Australia and South Australia.

What's on offer Contract rates up to $1,500+ per shift + super Permanent packages up to $240k + super Multiple WA and SA underground projects Owner operator and Tier 1 contractor environments Rosters ranging from 7:7 through to 2:2 Temp, temp-to-perm and permanent options available Interstate flights considered for the right candidate Production, development and all-rounder UG Supervisor opportunities The Role As an Underground Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading underground crews and ensuring secure, productive shift execution across development and/or production activities.
Duties may include: Supervising underground crews including jumbo, longhole, bogger, truck, charge-up and service crews Running pre-starts,



allocating work and driving safe daily execution Delivering shift targets across production and/or development Completing workplace inspections, statutory checks and shift reporting Managing safety, compliance, equipment utilisation and crew performance Working closely with Superintendents, Engineers, Maintenance and client teams Supporting training, mentoring and development of crews What we are looking for We are keen to speak with experienced Underground Supervisors who have a strong background in hard rock underground mining.
You will ideally bring: Current or transferable underground supervisory ticket WA Underground Supervisor Certificate for WA-based roles Relevant SA supervisory competencies for SA-based roles Proven experience supervising underground production and/or development crews Strong safety leadership and practical underground knowledge Ability to manage crews, equipment, shift targets and site expectations Experience with Tier 1 contractors or owner operators highly regarded Leading Hands with the right supervisory tickets may also be considered Why apply?
