We are seeking a Foreman to join a leading Class 2 residential builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across Sydney.
With opportunities across both structures and finishes this is an excellent opportunity for experienced Foreman looking to join a professional, well-established builder with a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality.
Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of construction works on a Class 2 residential project.
Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site activities and construction works Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Managing site sequencing, program and short-term planning Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and documentation Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise Coordinating inspections and ensuring works meet project requirements Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, consultants and subcontractors Assisting with project handover and defects where required The successful candidate will have:
