Thomas Scaffolding is looking for an experienced Leading Hand Scaffolder to join our Forster team. We're looking for a leader who takes ownership on site, keeps their crew moving safely, andsets the standard every day.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you'll lead site crews on site while staying hands-on with scaffolderection, modification, and dismantling.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Supervise scaffolders and labourers - allocate tasksand keep work moving safely and efficiently
n
Run pre-starts, enforce PPE and SWMS, and reporthazards promptly
n
Coordinate with supervisors and yard teams to keepmaterials and resources on track
n
Inspect scaffolds, manage tagging and documentation,and ensure handover compliance
n
Maintain accurate site paperwork
n
Coach and develop your crew - help build the nextgeneration of site leaders
n
Lead by example - model a protected, productive, andrespectful team culture
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Advanced Scaffolding Licence (High Risk Work Licence)
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
Current White Card
n
3–5 years' scaffolding experience, with Leading Hand orsupervisory background
n
Able to read scaffold drawings and interpret projectscopes
n
Calm under pressure, reliable, and accountable for your team's performance and safety
n
