Office Manager Seongok Lee Pty Ltd Cairns, Cairns Region $79,500 – $84,500 per year + Superannuation Permanent Full time About Seongok Lee Pty Ltd (Trading as LUXMII) LUXMII is an Australian-born eco-luxury womenswear and lifestyle brand, rafting timeless artisanal linen essentials.
With a growing customer base across Australia and internationally, LUXMII is seeking an experienced Office Manager to assist the Managing Director to lead the strategic direction of our online and in-store sales, marketing, and office operations as the brand continues to grow.
About the Role Reporting to senior management, the Office Manager will take charge in assisting the managing director to drive LUXMll's commercial strategy as the brand expands its footprint in the competitive women's fashion market.
The Office Manager will contribute to the planning and reviewing of office services, setting priorities and improving the office standards.
Overseeing the staff involved in both the online store and future in-store presence, the role will play an important part in leading the growth of LUXMll's linen collections across new and existing markets, with the goal of strengthening the brand's reputation for sustainable, eco-luxury design.
Drawing on their administrative and management skills, the Office Manager will be allocating human resources, space and equipment whilst working closely with internal and external teams to ensure the brand's continued growth both in Australia and internationally.
Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent subject matter knowledge of women's fashion,
particularly linen garments to efficiently contribute to the Managing Director's operational decisions.
Oversee LUXMll's social media presence and future in-store market presence, analysing performance across both channels, implementing changes where needed, and managing staff.
Managing records and accounts of the office; Liaising with Professionals and company staff in all departments to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems across the company.
Assist management with recruitment and workforce administration.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures; supporting sales and marketing teams in the process.
Prepare operational and administrative reports for the Managing Director.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and management schedules.
Coordinate communication between the Cairns office, freelance contractors, company management and warehouse.
Monitor administrative workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
Supervise and coordinate administrative functions as the Cairns operation expands.
Ensure work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
Coordinate personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.
About You The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a genuine interest in fashion and sustainable design.
As an office manager, they will bring solid commercial acumen and the ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities spanning strategy, brand, and operations across both online and physical retail environments.
