Tallangatta Health Service is seeking a Health Care Worker to join the My Community Home Care team. You will provide person-centred care, help consumers remain independent at home, assist with daily living tasks, and support transport to appointments.

The role includes 6–8 hour shifts, travel within surrounding communities, and a permanent part time or casual arrangement. Remuneration aligns with the Health & Allied Services EBA: $30–$33/hr.
