WE PAY WEEKLY Are you an experienced Integration Architect looking to influence technology strategy at an enterprise scale?
We are seeking a highly capable EL2 Domain Architect (Integration) to provide strategic architectural leadership across a complex and evolving technology landscape.
This opportunity will see you shape domain architecture, guide enterprise-wide integration initiatives, and provide trusted advice to senior executives, governance forums, and delivery teams.
This is a high-impact role where you'll drive technology direction, influence investment decisions, and ensure solutions align with broader organisational objectives, architectural standards, and future-state strategies.
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and communicate domain architectures, target-state models, and strategic roadmaps.
Provide authoritative architectural leadership across multiple programs, projects, and initiatives.
Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and organisational priorities.
Lead the analysis of complex business and technology challenges, developing strategic options and transition pathways.
Define and maintain architecture principles, patterns, standards, and governance frameworks.
Review and assure solution designs, identifying dependencies, risks, opportunities, and areas for reuse.
Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, security specialists, engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Influence investment and prioritisation decisions through strategic architectural advice.
Represent the domain in architecture governance forums and support effective decision-making.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform future direction.




Lead resolution of complex architectural issues involving competing priorities, cost, risk, and technical constraints.
Mentor and guide architects and technical specialists to strengthen architectural capability across the organisation.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 8+ years' experience designing and delivering complex enterprise integration solutions.
At least 3 years' experience operating at EL2, Principal Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent senior architectural level.
Proven capability translating organisational strategy, business requirements, and technical considerations into cohesive architectural direction.
Extensive experience defining and applying architecture principles, patterns, standards, and governance frameworks.
Robust ability to analyse complex architectural trade-offs, dependencies, and risks and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Deep understanding of enterprise integration, cloud platforms, security, digital services, and data ecosystems.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across executive, business, and technical audiences.
