POSITION Due to growth and the need to bolster their leadership team, the position of Associate Director has been created.
This role will involve: Working closely with the Managing Partner to grow the firm and the day to day operations Managing and mentoring the current management team Recent business development Attending networking events to grow the firm's brand Identifying advisory projects within the current client base Nurturing current client relationships CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:



CA/CPA 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Ability to manage client relationships An interest in becoming a Partner Experience with new business development Experience with advisory Solid tax knowledge Exceptional communication and presentation skills Stable employment history The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package with a clear path to partnership.
