Job Description Urgent requirement of ISAM Engineer - Contract - Sydney Requirements - ISAM Module skills: Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), Federation - Experience with IBM ISAM/ISVA, WebSEAL, LDAP, WebSphere, and IAM technologies.
- Knowledge on Federated Single Sign on using SAML Standards and understanding of SSO OAUTH.
- Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements - Configuring SSO solutions using Access Manager.
- Implement Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms.
- Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident management skills.
- Workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries.
- Knowledge of Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI).
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies, Firewalls, SSL/TLS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience in Architecture Design aspects of IAM is preferred.
- Experience with infrastructure onboarding, setting setup, and platform deployment.




- Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls - Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required - Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report - Able to create policy and procedure manual - Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the Client agreement with customers Desirable: - Programming Experience in Java Java script is a plus - Automation experience with Jenkins/Ansible/GitLab/Chef/puppet/Bit bucket - Good to have experience with migrations to Microsoft Azure - Good to have knowledge of automation using Ansible - Good to have knowledge on CICD/DevOps methodologies - Customer Management skills - Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders / third-party vendors for break-fix; assist in the implementation of best practices, processes and tools Responsibility: - To build up a functional ISAM platform for our client with coordination and teamwork.
- To support in deploying the servers and provide end-to-end support in troubleshooting issues related to any components in ISAM.
Need to work with ISAM server configurations, Policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, etc..
