Schedule, coordinate and monitor the liquid tanker fleet
Provide support to packaged waste scheduling as required
Review route performance to identify optimisation and efficiency opportunities
Meet service delivery KPIs
Communicate with drivers and customers
Ensure paperwork and runsheets are correct and accurate
Respond to immediate customer operational issues with a solutions focus
Respond to operational queries from the Customer Services Team, Sales Team and customers
Conduct daily end-of-shift driver debrief meetings
Discuss run efficiencies and capture incidents or compliance issues
Liaise with stakeholders and drivers to provide assistance
Coordinate operations as the first point of contact for liquid tanker drivers and operators
Ensure drivers perform duties safely and without risk to health, safety, quality and environment
Report to the Liquid Fleet Manager
Requirements
Waste Management, Transport, Logistics or Service Industry experience
Proven scheduling/allocations/planning experience
Solid understanding of heavy vehicle transport regulations
Leadership skills to motivate staff and maintain a positive work culture
Excellent time management skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Robust people skills; ability to communicate and negotiate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient in Excel,



Google Suite and Salesforce
Strong focus on health and safety
Prepared to undertake a full pre-employment medical check including drug and alcohol screening
Willing to undergo a National Police Clearance
Must comply with dangerous goods, hauled waste and EPA licences
