ProQuest Recruitment is seeking experienced Trades Assistants and General Labourers to join an exciting warehouse fit-out project based in Heathwood, commencing 28th September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the setup of a brand-new Distribution Centre, working alongside a supportive team on a variety of hands-on installation and warehouse improvement projects.
This is a 2-week project running from Monday 28th September through to 11th October, making it an ideal opportunity for experienced trades assistants and labourers looking for immediate project work.

$***** per hour 2-week project – 28 September – 11 October – with possibility of extension Monday to Friday | 12:30PM – 10:30PM Heathwood location Exciting project work within a brand-new Distribution Centre Supportive team environment About the Role You'll play a key role in preparing and fitting out the new Distribution Centre, including:



Installing new drop shelves across 4-tier warehouse racking Flexi racking installation and modifications Module deployment throughout the warehouse Assisting with 5S implementation and warehouse organisation General labouring and installation duties Safe use of hand and power tools Working alongside the project team to achieve installation deadlines Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment About You To be successful, you will have: Current White Card (essential) Current National Police check or willing to complete Previous experience as a Trades Assistant, General Labourer or in a similar hands-on role A trade background or exposure to construction, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, shopfitting or similar industries (highly regarded) Confidence using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team A solid commitment to workplace health and safety If you're looking for your next hands-on opportunity and want to be part of building a brand-new Distribution Centre from the ground up, this is the role for you!
