About The Chance Reporting to the Chief Executive, Super SA, the Director,
Member Engagement is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads Super SA's member engagement functions to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive meaningful engagement across the member lifecycle.
The Director is accountable for ensuring members receive accurate, timely and accessible services throughout their engagement with Super SA, while continuously improving member outcomes, service quality and organisational performance.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director contributes to the delivery of Super SA's strategic objectives and fosters a strong culture of service excellence, continuous improvement and member advocacy.
About You Demonstrated experience developing and implementing customer, member or retirement-focused strategies that improve engagement, service outcomes and organisational performance, supported by strong stakeholder management, commercial judgement and governance expertise.
A proven track record of developing and executing enterprise strategies that enhance member experience, strengthen brand and reputation, drive engagement and support sustainable growth.
Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and member advocacy, with experience leading initiatives that improve service quality, accessibility and member outcomes.
Strong commercial, strategic and analytical capability, with experience leveraging member insights, market intelligence and performance data to inform decision-making and deliver measurable outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships, aligning diverse perspectives and driving collaboration across executive, operational and external stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement and enterprise-wide collaboration.
A strong understanding of governance, risk and regulatory requirements within complex and highly regulated environments, with a commitment to delivering compliant, member-focused outcomes.
A degree qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated executive level experience.
