Job Description
The Manager (HR Case Management) role requires a confident and credible leader who can:

lead and develop a team of case management professionals
n
advise senior leaders on complex people, performance, conflict and dispute matters
n
develop evidence-based risk management strategies
n
represent the department's interests in complex case management matters, including Queensland Industrial Relations Commission conferences
n
build trusted relationships with stakeholders through a coaching and business partnering approach
n
support responsive and contemporary employee relations practices
n
ensure advice and decisions align with relevant legislative, industrial, regulatory and policy frameworks.
n

To thrive in this role,



you will bring substantial experience delivering human resources advice within a business partnering model, specialist expertise in complex performance matters, and the ability to lead a team towards broader organisational priorities.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, law, human resources or a related field, together with membership or certification through the Australian Human Resources Institute, will be well regarded.
n
Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
