Uniting is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead headspace Penrith Primary Care. You will steer day-to-day operations, drive recovery‐oriented youth mental health services, and ensure quality, access and funding alignment across the centre and related programs.
You'll provide clinical leadership, oversee staffing, planning and budgets, and partner with senior leadership to deliver continuous improvement while maintaining a robust, supportive workplace culture for staff and young people.
