Department of Justice and Community Safety seeks a Family Violence Practice Lead to guide the helpline team, assess risk, and develop timely safety plans for victims. You will coach staff, support complex cases, and improve data-driven responses.
The role requires a bachelor degree, MARAM framework completion and at least four years of relevant experience in Victoria. Based in Melbourne, you will work to strengthen services for victims and report to the VRSR team.
