Full time ongoing role - 4 days a week - Hybrid

We are seeking a passionate Principal Consultant to work with our national Consulting team, with extensive experience in delivering training facilitation, coaching and supervision. Experience in conflict resolution services, psychometric assessments, psychosocial risk assessment and strategic human resource solutions is highly desirable.
In this role, you will:
Deliver high quality, engaging and contemporary workplace training and consulting services in the areas of mental health and wellbeing
Partner with clients to design and deliver evidence-based training programs
Deliver team and individual assessments in a wide range of organisational environments, provide analysis and complete comprehensive reports
Understand issues common to workplace relations and employment frameworks
Have the opportunity to work across mediation, psychosocial risk assessment, psychometric assessment and other clinical services
Manage projects of varying scope and scale
Work flexibly across various locations
You will have:
Registration as an Organizational Psychologist or have significant experience in Learning & Development or consulting
Experience working with complex organisational human resources environments and delivering strategic human resource solutions
Experience in designing and delivering adult education and training programs in mental health and wellbeing
A willing to deliver workplace conflict resolution
A willingness to work in psychometric assessment is highly desirable
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
A driver's licence, own vehicle and a willingness and flexibility to deliver services across Canberra will be highly regarded
