Located within the Capital Square precinct above Elizabeth Quay, our Sky Lounge offers breathtaking 360° views of Perth's city skyline and the Swan River, creating one of the city's most exciting dining destinations.

We are preparing to open and are looking for an experienced Barista / Bartender to join our founding team. This is an opportunity to help create a polished, welcoming and memorable guest experience from day one.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the F&B; Supervisor and Venue Manager, you will deliver friendly, professional and effective service across the bar, café and restaurant.
n
You will prepare consistently high-quality coffee and beverages, engage confidently with guests and maintain a clean, well-organised workstation. You will also support floor service when required, working closely with the wider Restaurants & Bars team to ensure smooth service throughout the venue.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and serve quality coffee, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
n
Deliver warm, attentive and professional guest service.
n
Take accurate orders and confidently recommend food and beverage offerings.
n
Maintain bar and café cleanliness, presentation, stock and equipment readiness.
n
Follow recipes, specifications, portion controls and service standards.
n
Support smooth service flow during busy periods and assist with restaurant floor service as required.
n
Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks and waste minimisation.
n
Follow RSA,



liquor licensing, food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
n
Support pre-opening setup, training, service trials and venue activation activities.
n

The Successful Candidate Will Possess
n
Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender or in a similar food and beverage role within a restaurant and bar.
n
Strong barista skills and confidence producing quality coffee consistently.
n
Bartending experience, including beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections.
n
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
n
Current RSA and Food Handler certificates.
n
Experience using POS systems is preferred.
n
