Primary Objective:
Lead and manage the Custody Assurance and Review Unit's organisational reporting, analytics and insight function, providing authoritative strategic advice, assurance reporting and evidence-based recommendations to Executive and governance forums. The role is accountable for establishing analytical frameworks, data governance standards and organisational insight capability that support risk management, early intervention, organisational learning and continuous improvement across custody and use of force matters.
