We are currently seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators, All Round Operators & Excavator Operators to join Mt Carlton Gold Mine in North Queensland. Myndshift Group supports a number of industries including mining, civil construction, and heavy engineering. Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner, a respected international mining contractor, leading the restart of a major gold operation in North Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to join the project during a significant growth phase and play a key role in its next chapter. Working with a leading international mining contractor, you'll operate a variety of production equipment within a hard rock open-cut mining environment. About the Role:




We are seeking experienced operators across Production to support production activities across site. This is a hands-on production role within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.
Roles Include:
Excavator Operators (Liebherr **** Excavators & Hitachi EX**** Excavators)
All Round Operators (CAT 980 & 988 Loaders, CAT D9 & D10 Dozers and 14M & 12M Graders)
Haul Truck Operators (CAT 777 or similar haul class)
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated hard rock open-cut mining experience
Strong commitment to protected production practices and achieving operational targets
Ability to work within a high-performing production team
Current Driver's License
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Additional mobile plant operating experience highly regarded
