Are you a dedicated and experienced Cook who likes to work in a team in a regional hospital setting, delivering high-quality, nutritious meals that support patient care and wellbeing. Are you an experienced cook, particularly in healthcare services
Do you have a sound knowledge of food safety standards and secure food handling practices?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with menu plans and dietary guidelines
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
Adapt meals to meet specific patient dietary needs (e.g. texture-modified, allergies, cultural preferences)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
Contribute to a positive team culture focused on quality and care
