About the Role
n
We're looking for a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Elizabeth Vale team. Open to full-time and part-time.
n
As a senior clinician, you'll take on a complex caseload alongside mentoring and supervision responsibilities for less experienced colleagues. You'll be part of a genuinely multidisciplinary team, working alongside OT, Speech Pathology and other allied health disciplines.
n
You may also participate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation covered where required.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Deliver behaviour support services across home, school, clinic and community settings
n
Manage a complex caseload, including Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practice reporting
n
Provide mentoring, clinical supervision or support to junior colleagues
n
Participate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation covered
n
Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
n
Take part in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Current NDIS Commission suitability at Proficient level or above
n
Significant Behaviour Support experience, with prior mentoring or supervision experience highly regarded
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
n
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A team-oriented and person-centred approach to practice
n
