An exciting opportunity awaits for a passionate Enrolled Nurse to join the B31 Neurology team. We're looking for a dedicated and caring Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and creating positive patient experiences.
You Will Bring
Strong communication and active listening skills, ensuring patients and their families feel heard, respected, and supported.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while contributing positively to workplace culture.
A willingness to learn, develop your clinical skills, and build your knowledge within the specialty of neurology.
Previous neurology experience is highly regarded; however, Enrolled Nurses from a variety of clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role,
please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality.
Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace
