Navigator Group is seeking a Team Leader – Navigator Support to guide a team of telehealth clinicians delivering evidence‐based, person‐centred counselling to injured workers. You will coach, mentor and develop staff, monitor service delivery and performance, and drive continuous improvement across the program.
In addition to leadership, you will provide counselling and coaching to clients, help them overcome barriers to recovery and return to work, and ensure seamless operation in a hybrid work
