Once you've completed your orientation period you will have a billable target of 65% or approximately 5 hours per full day for the remainder of your first year- bonuses offered when achieving over target

About the role:
n
You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians and Team Leaders, and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.
n
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
n
n
Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
n
Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence based practice
n
Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvementRecognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
n
Ensure clear customer documentation
n
Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
n




Actively participate in staff supervision process
n
Be solution-focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements
n
n
Qualifications and experience:
n
n
Bachelor or Masters of Physiotherapy
n
Current membership with AHPRA
n
Safety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
n

Please note: NDIS Worker Screening Check has been adopted in Victoria under a strict "no check, no start" policy. This means that all new employees commencing with Pinarc after 1 February **** must hold a valid check before starting work. If you do not currently hold a check but are the successful applicant, you will be required to apply via the Services Victoria website.
