CIMET is seeking an Operations Manager - Utilities (Energy and Telco) to own the sales fulfilment lifecycle from customer consent to reconciliation, across residential and offshore delivery centres in India and the Philippines. You will manage a multi-hundred-person contact centre and direct relationships with 20+ retailers, driving quality, compliance and cost-to-serve.
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you will lead QA Managers, the Sales Fulfilment Manager, and offshore
