If so, we want to hear from you!**About the Role** We're looking for dedicated **Disability Support Workers** to join our welcoming group homes located between Guildford/Granville and Casula. You'll provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures clients receive consistent, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.**What You'll Do*** Support clients with daily living tasks, community participation, and skill development.* Empower clients to make their own choices and pursue personal goals.* Collaborate with a passionate, dedicated team to provide outstanding care.* Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home workplace for all residents.**Requirements*** Available for a minimum of **4 weekdays, 20+ hours per week**.* Must be available for **morning shifts (6:00am–10:00am)**.* Hold a **current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)**.**Why You'll Love Working With Us*** **Meaningful work** that truly makes a difference in people's lives.* **Supportive,
