Austin Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Patient Experience Officer to join our Patient Experience Unit on a part time basis (16 hours per week / 0.4 EFT). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient-centred care and support continuous improvement across our health service.
You will coordinate consumer feedback, including complaints, compliments and enquiries, and work with patients, families and staff to ensure timely, respectful responses and service improvements.
