Garden Maintenance Team Member

About the Role
Working across a variety of high-end residential properties throughout Adelaide, you'll be responsible for maintaining gardens to the highest standard while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your Responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging and turf care
Hedge trimming and pruning
Weed control and garden clean-ups
Planting, mulching and fertilising
Irrigation checks and minor repairs
Identifying plant health issues and recommending solutions
Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely
Working independently and as part of a supportive team
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
Strong plant identification and pruning knowledge
Experience using commercial gardening equipment
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Friendly,



qualified attitude with great communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in all weather conditions
Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Chemical accreditation and horticultural qualifications are advantageous but not essential
