South Western Sydney Local Health District invites applications for an Aboriginal Health Worker to join the Aboriginal Drug Health Services Team. This permanent full‐time role at Liverpool Hospital provides culturally protected, person‐centred support to Aboriginal patients and families navigating alcohol and other drug services.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, build relationships with Aboriginal communities, contribute to care planning and referrals, and promote wellbeing.
